We want to ensure you get the most from your mini cask, so here is a quick guide on how to achieve the perfect serve.

Store your mini cask in a cool place and allow it to settle for at least 24 hours before serving.

We recommend serving at 4—8ºC.

It’ll taste its freshest within 24 hours after opening but will keep for up to 72 hours. You should expect to receive 8—8.5 pints.
