Detritivore is a farmhouse ale aged on the cherries from this year's Montmorency vs. Balaton.
Detritivore is made by taking the cherries from Montmorency vs. Balaton and re-fermenting them a second time with fresh beer. While not as intense as its big sibling MvB, Detritivore is still a cherry-forward beer given the sheer volume of fruit used in both re-fermentations.
Unfiltered, unpasteurized, 100% naturally conditioned
