A funky barrel-aged IPA with plenty of tropical flavours.
Using an IPA as our base we blended it with a spontaneously fermented Coolship Beer before dry-hopping it with plenty of Citra and Mosaic.
Wild culture, a mountain of hops and 15 months bottle conditioning have seen the hop flavours develop through the process of biotransformation to create a funky beer that is soft with a citrus and tropical profile
Made with time and love at Cloudwater
7.6% ABV, 375ml bottle
