We want to ensure you get the most from your mini cask, so here is a quick guide on how to achieve the perfect serve:

• Store your mini cask in a cool place and allow it to settle for at least 24 hours before serving.
• We recommend serving at 4 — 8ºC.
• It’ll taste at its freshest within 48 hours after opening but will keep for up to 72 hours.
• You should expect to receive 8 — 8.5 pints.
