You must be 18 or older to buy alcohol. By placing an order with us online you are confirming you are 18 or older. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK.
If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient also has to be 18 or older.
Deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.
If we are unable to fulfil the whole of your order for any reason, then we will email you with your options. If we haven't received a response by 8am the following day then we will ship your order and refund the difference.
Orders may be placed on hold for 2 weeks.
Payment - After your initial first payment, all further payments will be taken on the 1st of every month
You can cancel or amend your subscription by the 15th of each month via sending an email to email@example.com
Delivery - The boxes will be dispatched the 3rd Monday of each month.
Shipping - These packs are only available to ship in the UK including Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Please expect 2 to 3 days shipping time to remote locations.
Shipping costs: For the Good Stuff Beer Club, the shipping cost is included in the price of the pack. For the Fridge Filler Beer Club, an additional cost of £4.99 will be added at the checkout. You will receive further email notifications regarding shipping and tracking once we dispatch your box. Please note that public holidays will affect your shipping times.
If you live in our local delivery area, then we will send you your box via our local delivery service
To make changes to the delivery address please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org by the 15th of the month
Returns and Damages - In case of delays or damages to your delivery, please get in touch via email at email@example.com. We deal with claims, refunds and replacements on a case by case basis
If you would like to make any amendmentds to your subscription status please request this by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org by the 15th of each month.
Any orders containing pre-sales item will be shipped from the designated date on the product page.
If your order contains any additional items, this will not be shipped separately, all items in the same order will be shipped together at once.
Any additional shipping requests will be charged at £4.99. We cannot confirm that any items on the same orders as the pre-sales items can be shipped separately, but will try to accommodate any special requests. Please email email@example.com with your order number for any special requests.
We offer electronic gift vouchers that can be redeemed on any of the items purchased on our website, whether it’s beer or merchandise. We offer vouchers of the value of £35; £50; £75; £100; £125; £150; £175 and £200. The gift vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash and will expire after 24 months of purchase.
Standard Returns Policy
If goods are to be returned to Cloudwater Brew Co, they must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, within 14 days of purchase. You will be refunded for the goods once received back into our warehouse, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to return your goods back to us and we will help you to do this.
We do not accept returns of perishable goods (all of our beer products) from outside of the UK.
If there is a problem with your order or items are faulty, you must inform Cloudwater Brew Co within 30 days of receipt of the order to obtain a refund. To report a problem please contact us at email@example.com. We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds after this time period has elapsed, but we will do everything in our power to try to work something out.
If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will either resend the order, or issue a full refund or offer a voucher for the spent amount on your next order, whichever is preferable.
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you have ordered an incorrect size for an item of clothing, we are happy to offer a replacement item (if available) if we are notified within 14 days of the purchase, provided the incorrect item is returned to us in an unworn, saleable condition with all tags still attached. If no replacement is available, please see our returns policy above.
Taxes and other charges
As these orders are paid for in the UK, VAT is payable on all online shop orders regardless of the final destination country. We keep all international surcharges to a minimum where possible, but this charge is not something we can waiver.
All international orders will be subject to customs clearance fees. The responsibility lies with the customer to cover any additional customs fees, so please bear that in mind before placing your order. After the order is placed and shipped, we will not accept returns due to failure of clearing these fees for refunds.
